General Partner
Danny Loveland is the Chief Operating Officer of Moda Capital, where he oversees acquisitions, development, and firm-wide operations. He is responsible for identifying and executing value-add investment opportunities while ensuring disciplined underwriting, operational rigor, and scalable execution across the portfolio.
Danny brings deep operational and financial leadership experience across finance, credit, strategy, and sales operations. Throughout his career, he has supported acquisitions, refinancings, and M&A transactions across a broad range of financial and real estate platforms.
In addition to his investment background, Danny has meaningful experience scaling venture-backed technology businesses. He previously held senior operational roles at tvScientific, a performance television advertising and ad tech platform that was acquired by Pinterest. This experience strengthened his ability to build scalable operating infrastructure, leverage data-driven decision-making, and execute in high-growth environments.
Danny holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Utah. His disciplined approach to underwriting, combined with hands-on operational leadership, has been central to Moda Capital’s ability to source, execute, and manage attractive investment opportunities on behalf of its limited partners.
Justin Beck
General Partner
Justin Beck is a seasoned commercial real estate broker and investment operator with a proven track record of executing and managing large-scale real estate transactions. Over the past five years, Justin has successfully sold more than $500 million in RV park and self-storage assets, establishing himself as a leading specialist in these highly sought-after alternative real estate sectors.
Justin serves as a General Partner at Moda Capital, where he acts as Portfolio Manager, overseeing daily operations across the firm’s communities. His responsibilities span acquisition execution, operational oversight, performance optimization, and disposition strategy. Justin’s deep understanding of property-level operations, combined with his brokerage expertise, enables him to identify inefficiencies, drive NOI growth, and maximize returns throughout the investment lifecycle.
Prior to his career in real estate, Justin served in the United States Army as an armored crewman on tank units, followed by work in high-threat protection, providing security for dignitaries and diplomatic personnel. This background instilled a disciplined, mission-focused leadership style that carries through to his real estate and investment management approach today.
Justin is known for his hands-on leadership, operational rigor, and results-driven mindset, making him a key contributor to Moda Capital’s ability to scale, stabilize, and successfully exit complex real estate investments while delivering strong risk-adjusted returns to investors.
